a nu home

We’re so happy to welcome you to our NU home at 170 Urquhart Crescent (AS OF NOV 2026). Our new space brings the studio, pottery supply shop, and clay production together under one roof in a larger space with lots of parking, easy access to a loading zone, expanded retail inventory, and plenty of room for members and students to create in an upgraded studio space.

We’re tucked just off the Vanier Highway and Vanier Industrial Drive, making us easy to get to from anywhere in Fredericton and a quick stop if you’re coming in from out of town. Stay tuned for updates on our new hours, membership program updates, and upcoming courses.

Here is how this impacts our operations:

• Retail and supplies will close October 19th and re-open November 3rd 2026

  • Please make sure you are stocked up before this period. Online shopping, pickups, shipping, etc., will all be out of service until November 3rd 2026.

• The studio will remain open for member hours from October 19th to October 25th while we transition the retail section of the studio.

  • Only members and staff will be permitted at the studio, unless noted otherwise.

  • Members should keep in mind that retail will be closed during this week. Stock up ahead of time.

  • Members must use this time to clear their member shelves and remove all clay, glazes, and other heavy supplies from the studio. PLAN AHEAD SO THAT ALL PROJECTS ARE FINISHED.

  • Members are permitted to leave ONE labelled, lidded small plastic tote with their name on it that can include some of the items kept on their shelves, bisqued pieces, etc. The studio will move this tote, which should not include heavy items like boxes of clay.

  • Anything left outside of a member's one tote will be considered waste and will be disposed of as of October 26th.

• The studio will be closed October 26th-November 2nd 2026, re-opening on November 3rd.

  • Members will have their active membership extended by 1 week. They will not lose out on the window of time they can use their member session credits. Payment will be delayed 1 week and will then resume on a monthly cycle from the new date.

• Grand Re-opening Event [TO BE SCHEDULED]
